SmartWise 602PM-R2 smart plug, - similarly to the Sonoff S26 (R2) - is an eWeLink app compatible Wi-Fi smart plug, with 16A maximum load, so you can use it to control more powerful electrical devices (e.g. some electric heating, ironing or washing machine).
This Plug&Play device can be installed quickly with Bluetooth-based pairing and it can be used to convert a tradional wall socket to a smart socket, and use the eWeLink app to remotely turn on/off your smart plug. It syncs on/off status to the app, you may set one-time and repeated scheduled on/offs, timer and loop control, set power-on state (ON / OFF / LAST STATE), and also, auto-on and auto-off (inching) are all supported features.
SmartWise 602PM-R2 also has a built-in power metering feature, so you can use it to measure power consumption and cost of your home appliances. You can check historical power consumption data on a graph in the eWeLink App, as well as, download consumption statistics in CSV format. Also, a consumption meter Start/Stop feature can be used to measure the consumption of the device(s) from manual start to manual stop.
It also has OPS (Overload protection) features, so you may set maximum power, maximum voltage and maximum current as TURN OFF triggers to protect your electrical device from overload.
Of course, the device also has a physical push-button switch, so the plug can be turned on/off on the device as well.
The possibility of remote access can also be shared with others, like family members. It's a perfect solution for the smart control of household appliances and lamps plugged into sockets. With its use, we can comfortably turn on the desired devices from afar before we get home, and we can conveniently schedule the switch-off to save energy and costs.
