NOTE: Previous versions of the Raspberry Pi 2 Model B use the BCM2836 SoC, which contains a quad-core ARM Cortex-A7 processor. The Raspberry Pi 2 Model B v1.2 board uses the BCM2837, which contains a quad-core ARM Cortex-A53 processor. It is necessary to update to the latest (October 2016) version of the device firmware and Linux kernel in order for the board to boot properly.

• Play and stream High-Definition video output at 1080P

• Micro SD slot for OS booting and data storage

• Advanced power management: Provides up to 1.2A across the USB ports, allowing you to connect more demanding USB devices directly to your Raspberry Pi (requires a 2A Micro USB power supply, available in our store)
